I think there was a small problem with the files, I tried to download and open one, it did not play the game's file, so if you can't play the zip, download the backup file.

download the MODDABLE  file

open scratch.mit.edu in web browser

click create it the upper left section

when the project loads up click file and then load from computer

select the file 'ScarOS 2.sb3 and start editing!
